“Hot Yoga | 75 / 90 min  |  All Levels  |   Approximately 105º Room Temp
This class is a series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises performed in a heated room. It is specifically designed to work the entire body, using heat to stretch deeper, prevent injury, and flush unwanted toxins. The series is designed to restore health, strength, and flexibility to every muscle, joint, bone, tendon, gland, and organ of your body. Two sets of each posture are performed in this class.



Hot Music | 60 min  |  Advanced Levels  |  Approximately 105º Room Temp
Same series as our Hot Yoga class but without verbal instruction. Instead the teacher practices with the students with music playing in the background. Advanced variations are allowed.
You should have 10 classes of verbal instruction and at least five Hot Room sessions before you attend. Not available to first time students of The Hot Room.

Hot Fusion I 75 min I All Levels
Hot Fusion is the combination of the Bikram series with Vinyasa, utilizing upper body and core strength. It is practiced in a hot room with music. It also includes hip and shoulder openers with plenty of modifications making it accessible to everyone. This class gives you the blend of flexibility, balance and strength. Fun and intensity at the same time.

Hot Pilates I 60 min I All Levels
A mat-based class combined with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) focused on various Pilates positions. This type of work-out is made to improve your glucose metabolism, burn more fat, increase your endurance and build strength.

This is a high heated class (96-100 degrees)

Your entire core, glutes, and upper body will receive special attention. This energetic class is paired up with up-beat music to keep you motivated. Not to mention health and flexibility of the spine to train your muscles to work together; which will lead to good posture & strength throughout your body.


Private Sessions | All Levels
Traditionally, yoga was taught one-on-one. Private lessons provide a setting in which your individuality can be completely addressed.  Yoga sequence and poses are selectively chosen and developed to meet your specific needs. Learning and practicing postures and breathing exercises at your own pace and within your own range is the most effective way to realize the true power of yoga.
